Job Description
Implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for pickup operations.
- Generate Monthly MIS reports on customer service activities.
- Manage Daily Inbound & Outbound calls of customers and clients.
- Initiate actions to improve the effectiveness of customer care operations.
- Handle regular MIS generation for service performance tracking.
- Manage all pickup-related communication with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and reduced lead time in resolving customer complaints.
- Track and report the number of calls escalated to the next level.
- Responsible for generating customer certificates as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for team members as per the training plan.
