Job Description

 Implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for pickup operations.

  • Generate Monthly MIS reports on customer service activities.
  • Manage Daily Inbound & Outbound calls of customers and clients.
  • Initiate actions to improve the effectiveness of customer care operations.
  • Handle regular MIS generation for service performance tracking.
  • Manage all pickup-related communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor and reduced lead time in resolving customer complaints.
  • Track and report the number of calls escalated to the next level.
  • Responsible for generating customer certificates as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members as per the training plan.
