Role: Intern - Community & Client Relationships
One Step Greener is a Delhi NCR based climate action organization working at the intersection
of recycling, afforestation, and climate education to address air pollution.
What you’ll do:
● Be the frontline voice of the community, managing conversations across WhatsApp,
calls, and DMs with speed and empathy
● Support weekly pickup operations by coordinating reminders, tracking requests, and
ensuring smooth execution
● Drive customer onboarding and experience, from first interaction to first successful
pickup
● Work closely with area champions and volunteers to build strong local communities
Assist with outreach, campaigns, and on-ground events
● Help maintain data accuracy, communication hygiene, and reporting discipline

● Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive
● Ability to manage multiple moving parts in real time
● Interest in community building, operations, and impact-driven work
● Passion for sustainability is a bonus, not a requirement
